Martin Kace Herzliya Star

Martin Kace Herzliya Star

Martin Kace Herzliya StarEmpax said bon voyage to our very own Martin Kace yesterday, as he embarked for Tel Aviv’s red carpet.

Kace, a highly anticipated presenter at the star-studded 10th Annual Herzliya Conference, left New York full of confidence and excitement on Wednesday, January 27. “Brand Israel”, undoubtedly this year’s most coveted category, has honored Kace with the opportunity to sit alongside the industry’s heaviest hitters (Ido Aharoni, Eyal Arad, Lorna Fitzsimons, etc.) and bask in the 6-minute spotlight.

Attended by anyone who’s anyone, the Herzliya Conference remains notorious for unveiling box-office policies and million-dollar strategies. To follow the play-by-play, and hear the exact message Kace delivers, be sure to follow Empax’s wrap-around coverage of the event.

What’s next? Empax Awareness Month

When? March, 2010

Stay Tuned March will mark the launch of the first-ever Empax Awareness month, brimming with all sorts of surprises and fan-fare. Keep your eyes on your inbox (and Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) to make sure you’re up to speed for all 31 days of mayhem.

Client Corner: Joshua Venture Group

Joshua Venture was a force within the Jewish nonprofit world over a decade ago. After a 3-year hiatus, this seed fund for highly innovative Jewish social ventures was ready to reenter the scene, but needed to ensure they did so with a bang. Enter Empax.

We were tasked with recasting their return, and doing so with a revitalized brand. Empax revived their visual identity, moving from an image of footprints in the ground (the crossing) to that of an abstracted cluster of grapes (the promise). In the name, we made an adjustment to clearly identify the notion of Jewish social entrepreneurship: Joshua Venture Group.

In addition to refreshing Joshua Venture Group’s brand, Empax also built them a website, integrating new application software. We are always learning new technologies and pushing ourselves to stay on the edge of all things web, so we were excited by the opportunity to develop this application for the first time. We gleaned much during the process, and have begun streamlining our methodologies for this type of application so that we’re able to integrate it for future clients.
