Challenge

Empax has developed a novel strategy for branding environmental issues. President Shimon Peres of Israel heard about our work and asked us for a portal that would enable him, as President, to connect to the Israeli public on environmental issues in a strong, innovative and meaningful way.

Solution

We delivered two products to President Peres: One was a language document that proposed speaking about the environment is the most concrete and realistic terms. The second was a booklet written after we spent 4 months researching the Israeli environmental world, interviewing leaders in green, cleantech, VCs, academics, government members, the military and others. We then presented him a booklet outlining 32 specific actions the President could take in order to achieve a range of aggressive environmental targets.

Impact

The President has adopted our talking points and is becoming seen as a leader on environmental issues. He is also putting our recommendations into practice.
